The I International Festival of Folk Game Culture "The Games and the People"
9 - 10 august, 2014, Novgorod region
The festival programme features the opening of clay whistles and clay piggy banks’ exhibition, presentation of Petrushka (funny character) theater, master classes on folk toys and folkore games.
Among the festival participants there are theaters and performing groups from St. Petersburg and Veliky Novgorod, Novgorod museum-reserve, Novgorod regional House of folk arts.
